Jones Air & Water has treated St. Charles and St. Louis water since 1995: owner-installed, WQA Master Water Specialist, the kind of reputation you cannot buy. Their customer book lived in binders on a shelf. We turned the binders into software they own.
Three decades of customers. Softener installs, RO systems, filter changes due every year, all tracked on handwritten route cards filed in binders. The family knew the book cold, but the book could not call anyone, and it could not tell you who was overdue.
We photographed every card and put a vision model to work reading them: names, addresses, equipment, service history, phone numbers, cross-matched against 3,761 QuickBooks customer records. The result was 905 living service plans with due dates, not memories.
Then we rebuilt the rest of the machine around it: the CRM their team logs into every morning, QuickBooks syncing hourly in the background, and a website that turns “what is in my water” curiosity into booked tests.
Customers, jobs, schedules, and notes in one system the family owns outright.
Vision AI read 956 handwritten route cards into 905 recurring service plans, zero duplicates.
Customers and invoices flow in hourly. The CRM and the books never disagree.
Service-due lists become optimized routes on a calendar, including 222 customers due within 120 days surfaced on day one.
Billed, collected, and receivables in one screen the owner actually reads.
Visitors type their town and see their real water data for 57 towns, then book a free test.
Built on 8,941 real USGS hardness readings across the service area.
The 30-year domain moved onto our stack with every URL preserved one-to-one.
Every lead, every source, one funnel view, so marketing answers to results.
Smart-glasses clips from installs become searchable service notes automatically.
Answers questions about the book in plain English: who, where, what is due.
Jones plugs into our owned network: rankings, referral routes, and lead flow that compound outside their own walls.

A renewal business that ran on paper now surfaces exactly who is due, with 222 customers flagged in the first pass.
QuickBooks and the CRM sync hourly, so the owner sees billed, collected, and owed without asking anyone.
A 30-year domain kept every ranking through the replatform and now converts curiosity into booked water tests.
The CRM, the site, the data, the tools: owned by the family that built the business, like the business itself.
