An operator-led marketing firm · est. 2026

Our business is growing your business.

We figured out how to land business-owner traffic for $5 a visit. Then we built the firm to run that exact playbook for you.

The playbook we run on our own books. And on theirs.

Three client stories with dollar outcomes verified from owner-side dashboards. Google Ads exports, point-of-sale invoice ledgers, Kickstarter campaign records. Not projections, not promises.

Case Study 01 - Roofing - Full-stack

Zykan Exteriors: the roofer we pushed from $100K to $1.7M/mo.

A saturated St. Louis local auction. Paid, organic, and content running together - not in parallel. Twelve months to the top of Google.

Zykan brought us a seasoned crew, a strong local brand, and a Google auction they couldn't crack. We rebuilt the whole top of their funnel - paid search, organic content, GBP reviews, conversion tracking - and ran it as one stack instead of four siloed channels.

The roofing market in St. Louis is one of the most paid-aggressive local categories in the Midwest. Zykan had the crew, the work, and the reputation - but their cost-per-lead was climbing and the calendar was uneven. Daily budget reallocation across ad sets, not weekly. When a competitor attacked a keyword, we rerouted budget to defend it within hours.

Twelve months later: ten times the monthly revenue, #1 on Google for their primary service terms, every dollar tracked back to source.

Case Study 02 - Window tint - Paid + funnel

Rocket Tint: from $67K to $474K in the same 2.5-year window.

Karl ran solo for 2.5 years and did $67K total. We took over the marketing. The next 2.5 years: $474,221 on $52,600 in ad spend. Same business, same craftsman, different marketing.

Karl opened Rocket Tint in March 2021. Great product, strong work ethic, the kind of craftsmanship that wins repeat customers. What he didn't have was a marketing engine. From March 2021 to September 2023, the entire business generated $67,000 in total sales. Two and a half years of work, mostly word-of-mouth, with bursts of unsystematic ad spend that never quite cohered.

September 2023, we took the keys to the ad accounts. Google Ads on "near me" buyer intent. Targeted Facebook around local automotive intent. Rebuilt the funnel around buyer flow, fixed the leaks between click and conversion. Every dollar tracked in Karl's own Google Ads dashboard. Revenue tracked in his point-of-sale.

Same length of time. $67K became $474,221 on $52,600 in ad spend. That's a 9x ROAS, fully attributed inside Karl's own dashboards - not ours. The campaigns we set up are still running today.

Case Study 03 - DTC product - Kickstarter launch

Seatmate Chairs: 1K followers turned into a $488K Kickstarter.

Targeted the audience overlap that mattered: dog owners, office workers, product-Kickstarter backers. Reached 23 million accounts without paying for impressions.

Andrew got laid off from AWS in 2022. Went to his dad's tool shop in Missouri, prototyped a pet-inclusive office chair, and in 2024 raised $488,623 on Kickstarter. We were the audience-build engine that made the launch math work.

$1,000 of Instagram ads got him his first 1,000 followers. That math does not scale - $488 CPM, $1 per follower. He needed a different solution before launch day or he'd burn through pre-launch budget with no audience to convert. We pointed our growth stack at the exact accounts that would become Kickstarter backers: top pet-owner communities, home-office creators, product-design enthusiasts.

Every new follower got a welcome DM routing them to the Kickstarter waitlist. From 1K followers to 18K targeted, 23M accounts reached, and $488,623 raised in a single launch window.

How the firm is built

Operator on top. Software underneath.

Three layers do the work - one client-facing, two doing the leverage. You only ever talk to the top.

Layer 01

OwnersFirm - the firm itself

The strategy, the relationship, the accountability. This is what you sign for.

Layer 02

Magnet Pro - the proof case

Our SaaS product that we use on ourselves. The data we sell - $5/visit, 21% conversion - comes from running ads at it. Included where it fits. Read the case study →

Layer 03

Internal tools + AI agents

Reddit seeders, cold-DM systems, niche analyzers, custom AI agents. Builds 10x the leverage of an agency with 5 people doing the same thing manually.

The case study we run on ourselves

Before we touched a client, we built our own machine.

Magnet Pro is my software company. Same playbook, pointed at myself first. It runs at $148K a year now on about 3 hours a week of my time, $0 core ad spend. That's the proof I can build you one - not a pitch deck, a working business with the receipts to match.
